Riding Instructor

We are looking to appoint another riding instructor.  The work is primarily at weekends and during school holidays.  Initially the position will be as a relief but following an induction and trial period, you would be given your own regular lessons.

You must have experience of (and enjoy!) teaching children. 

A CRB check will be made.

Apprentice Groom

This is for 30 hours per week, including most Saturdays and Sundays, and with one day per week with a training provider to gain a formal qualification at Level 2 or above.  You must be at least 17 years old and want to train for a life long career with horses.

Experience of handling horses is essential and we would prefer someone who can ride to a reasonable standard.  Otherwise all training will be provided.  Pay is initially at the Apprentice minimum wage of £2.60 per hour. 

Enthusiasm, punctuality, a willingness to learn and a pleasant attitude are essential.
